BE ON OFFENSE!
Realize the Christ is a rock of offense to the World at large; some of those within the Faith Church Narasapur are those whom have a form of godliness but deny the power of God to radicalize their lives. If you are serious about living for Christ; don’t be surprised when some of those around you are not as excited and committed as you are.
(1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
(2) For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
(3) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
(4) Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
(5) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJV
If one cannot see this is the state of the majority of those whom say they are Christian; you need to pray and ask God to open your eyes. God gave me a prophecy when I was a young Christian in 1988
“Surely thus saith the Lord, “ I have called thee and set thee forth to run in me; be not weary in the journey, many shall go by the wayside; but take courage for surely it won’t be long until I move thee into my people. Hold in thine heart My word and walk straight and see my move in these things”.
God is calling his people to keep his word and walk straight; do not waiver and fall back in your commitment; it’s time to be more dedicated than ever before. You are probably the only bible that some people will ever read; how do you read concerning them? The world’s tactic is to try to shame us into backing down, compromising our faith; but it is time to stand vehemently ardent in our Christian faith and practice. Don’t allow the enemy to push us into becoming like those in our above passage of scripture which definitely reflects these times.
Don’t allow this culture of compromise to compromise you! Be who God has called you to be; no; you won’t be popular with compromisers, but you will have favor with God. I would rather have the favor of God and have a real and reverent fear of God than to have all the favor of man. Cursed is the man who makes flesh his strength; but well favored is the man who makes God his life, love, and strength. Selah
Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
