SERVE THE LORD IN GLADNESS
If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. (John 12:26 KJV)
I find joy in serving the Lord, especially in my forte which is in fact a gift from him. A man’s qualities will make room for him if he prerequisites everything with prayer. The Father honors those who follow and serve the Son. It’s a lifestyle of articulation without heartfelt demonstration. God blesses the industrious, the ambitious, and the ingenious. For them he opens doors of opportunity to advance the kingdom through their individual gifts and the calling upon their lives; because where Christ leads they follow.
The bible teaches us that to each of has been given gifts, and potential to hone them to maturity. We have innate ability to develop these gifts through the guidelines which are set before us plainly in the Holy Scriptures.
(It ponders the reality of spiritual things to think upon the gifting of the Lord.
It ponders the heartfelt love to think upon the righteousness of his reward.
O the wisdom of our Father to engraft in us the things which bring accord.)
The Scriptures compel us; they commission us; and they conform; us to walk in the Spirit which results in righteousness.
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; (Romans 12:6 KJV)
We’ve all been endowed according to the decision of the Father to function with faith to the advancement of the kingdom of God. We must love without hypocrisy, detest evil and cling to what is good utilizing kindness of heart toward those within the body and those outside of the body. We must realize we can’t slack or we will lack.
Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; (Romans 12:11 KJV)
God honors and blesses those whom are diligent in business and zealous in spirit in their service to him. A person’s productivity is only as good as the effort they put into it. We sometimes feel neglected when we don’t feel significant.
Self-fulfillment is found in yielding ourselves completely to our Father and fervently utilizing our faith to accomplish his will in our lives. One will know when one sincerely seeks the face of God for those innate and spiritually intuitive gifts which God has given to excel.
Brethren, keep the faith today by setting aside all those things which hinder and harm the call upon your life. Seek God earnestly with your whole heart being determined to get the answers. Call upon him in faith believing and watch the answers unfold. He will take you to where you need to be to succeed in the call upon your life. Selah
Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
