WHO HOLD THE TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS!
We live in a time when every abomination under the sun gathers together condoning each other’s perversion and the lift their hands toward heaven acting as if the righteous God in Heaven hears them! These are nothing more than sinner social clubs and a blatant mockery of God and Christ and they call it church.
These will be the first to embrace the Antichrist as they have already embraced the doctrines of demons to their own spiritual demise. In 2nd Thessalonians chapter we find a short three verses that point to their poisoned reason.
(10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
(12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 KJV
We cannot call holy what God defines as sin. It’s thumbing our nose at him. Today it’s popular to say “I’m a sinner saved by grace”; but it’s not a biblical statement.
(17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
The point is that sinners practice sin because they’re un-regenerated or not saved; it’s their natural nature to sin willfully and continually; those who are truly born again are new creatures in Christ and are crucified with Christ and do not practice sin. The new man is infused with the righteousness of Christ; but is bombarded with trials, temptations, persecutions, and attacked in their emotions. Sometimes a Christian will fall into sin through this constant assault upon their faith. Hence they’re overtaken in a fault or a sin; but because sin no longer is the nature it does not sit easy in their souls and repentance is exercised turning away from sin back to God.
(1) Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
(2) For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
(3) How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
(4) God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? Hebrews 2:1-4 KJV
Today many do not want to hear about holiness or preaching and teaching on sanctification; yet it is our responsibility to preach and practice holiness unto the Lord. It is our responsibility to warn others and to preach convicting messages that will ultimately bring conversion. It is the Holy Spirit who flows through us bring the power to convict or condemn sin if the gospel is true; he anoints his preachers and teachers to bring for the word of God which is spiritual and has dynamic power within itself as they expound it to bring sinners to repentance! Then it is him who saves them from themselves and their particular vices. My Bible teaches me this principle when it comes to personal interactions within the body of Christ; public preaching and private teaching are two different dynamics generally depending upon the leading of the Holy Spirit. I love the way the Passion Version translates Galatians 6:1-5
(1) My beloved friends, if you see a believer who is overtaken with a fault, may the one who overflows with the Spirit seek to restore him. Win him over with gentle words, which will open his heart to you and will keep you from exalting yourself over him.
(2) Love empowers us to fulfill the law of the Anointed One as we carry each other’s troubles.
(3) If you think you are too important to stoop down to help another, you are living in deception.
(4) Let everyone be devoted to fulfill the work God has given them to do with excellence, and their joy will be in doing what’s right and being themselves, and not in being affirmed by others.
(5) Every believer is ultimately responsible for his or her own conscience. Galatians 6:1-5 TPT
Brethren to warn those who are falling away are a divine assignment of love. If we do not preach the truth in love for the sake of an eternal soul; how much of Christ do we really have? It’s a fair question! I don’t want anyone’s blood on my hands or heart because I failed to love my neighbor as myself. Selah!
(32) Who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who commit such things are worthy of death, not only practice these things themselves, but also approve of those who commit them.
(1) Therefore you are without excuse, O man, everyone who judges another; for in that in which you judge the other, you are condemning your own self; for you who judge another are doing the same things.
(2) But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth upon those who commit such things.
(3) Now do you think yourself, O man, whoever is judging those who commit such things, and you are practicing them yourself, that you shall escape the judgment of God?
(4) Or do you despise the riches of His kindness and forbearance and longsuffering, not knowing that the graciousness of God leads you to repentance?
(5) But you, according to your own hardness and unrepentant heart, are storing up wrath for yourself against the day of wrath and revelation of God's righteous judgment,
(6) Who will render to each one according to his own works:
(7) On the one hand, to those who with patient endurance in good works are seeking glory and honor and immortality— eternal life;
(8) On the other hand, to those who are contentious and who disobey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,
(9) Tribulation and anguish—upon every soul of man who works out evil, both of the Jew first, and of the Greek; Romans 1:32-2:1-9
Brethren; it is my wish that people truly understand the word of God in its purity which prepares us for the life to come; and that hopefully in Christ to the fullness of his glory and life in the holiness of God. In above passage Paul is addressing the hypocritical Jews who think because they’re Jewish they have a right to judge others when they’re practicing the very same things they are judging others for in Romans 1:32 then he goes on with the topic specifying the difference between those who are walking in righteousness and unrighteousness and points out the end which will result in the way the walk out their faith. It’s the word of God not my opinion. Selah
