Divine Visitation
“ For we walk by faith, not by sight “. 2nd Corinthians 5:7
Reality and Reason are often at odds, just as faith and common sense can be diametrically opposed to one another at times, Why. Because of the reality of the spiritual dimension which can change the reality of the physical space time continuum in which we live.
God can and does intervene in manifestations which defy the physics of our four dimensional habitat. Hence we see the manifestation of the miraculous. He ( God ) is able to transform a body which is riddled with disease into a body completely free of that very disease at the amazement of skeptics, agnostics, and atheists contrary to all they may believe concerning science, medicine, and or physics. The proof is in the verifiable miracle which cannot humanly be explained away.
Miracles still happen! However many times we don’t see a miracle because of doubt or outright unbelief. At one point in your life, you believed; but due to the process of time gave up the possibility of seeing the miracle. But; if God gave you an unction concerning a miracle in your life, he is still able to perform that miracle. This is where faith and trust have to overcome reason and doubt.
I premise this promise of a miracle based upon the character of God; not by anything other than the fact that he has spoken to you and you knew in your heart of hearts at that time you knew you heard from God concerning a miracle of some sort. I do submit that there are miracles which are based upon timing; and are now a passed opportunity; but this is not what I am addressing.
What I am talking about is a divine visitation where God showed up and a profound reality of his presence and will permeated your spiritual mind and you knew in the innermost of your being that God just imparted a promise concerning a miracle in your life. This is what I am addressing, I feel by unction of the Holy One that He wants you to remain faithful until you receive the promise which you know he has promised you!
Thou wilt shew me the path of life; in thy presence is the fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11
I am motivated by the fact that God is a God of Miracles, and we are the recipients of those miracles if we meet the criteria for them. First: being in God’s will is imperative to receiving. Second: waiting upon God in times of prayer and supplication. Third: not looking at the circumstances around us. Fourth: doing our part in bringing the miracle into manifestation.
Let me ask; are you seeking first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness? This is paramount in receiving those essential things we need in life and in receiving our miracle. Before one can have a divine visitation; one must be seeking the Divine One in seasons of prayer and fasting. God will show up when we seek Him and worship Him in Spirit and Truth.
Brethren keep the faith today by holding on the word of promise which the Lord has spoken to you and in your patience you will possess your promise! Selah!
Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say on the LORD.
